TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store haku.ee/epood (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Shiki OÜ (registry code 12925163), located at Harjumaa, Tallinn, Maisi tn 21, 10317.

The validity of the contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

All prices are in Euros (€).

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via bank transfer.

  • Bank transfer

After you have confirmed your order, an invoice will be sent to your email address. Paying by bank transfer, be sure to indicate the order number on the order. Unpaid order will be canceled after 3 days.

When paying by bank transfer, be sure to indicate the invoice number in the explanation.

  • Payment upon receipt of the goods

If it is possible to pick up the goods at the delivery point (address Lätte 6. Tallinn) and the Buyer chooses the specified method of receiving the goods, the delivery fee will not be added to the price of the goods.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Shipment

The goods are sent within the Republic of Estonia.

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:

  • The order can be received from the Japanese restaurant Haku, at Lätte 6, Tallinn (phone 56314547). At the delivery point, the products will be delivered Tues.-Sat. 18.00-22.00 (closed on public holidays) or the order will be sent to the postal machine at the address specified by the customer. The order is issued upon presentation of an identity document (ID card, passport, driver’s license) and the Order number. In the absence of an identity document, the Seller may refuse to issue the products;
  • Itella SmartPOST via parcel machines within the Republic of Estonia;
  • Through Omniva parcel machines within the Republic of Estonia.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments will usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

If the Customer has not picked up the package within 7 days, it will be returned to Shiki OÜ. If the parcel has been returned to the sender, the Customer must pay the return and resending postage (ie twice the postage) to receive the parcel. If the Customer does not request to receive the parcel within 2 weeks after returning the parcel, the order will be canceled and the amount paid upon ordering will be refunded to the Customer, less twice the postage (for sending and returning).

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, by sending an e-mail to info@haku.ee or by phone: 55650227.

Groceries are not refundable.

The consumer has no right of withdraw.
Explanation: The 14-day right of return does not apply to perishable or aging goods (food).

Right to lodge a claim

The buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, by sending an e-mail to info@haku.ee or by phone: 55650227.

The buyer may consume the product only until the end of the shelf life indicated on its packaging. Shiki OÜ is not liable for damage caused by the customer due to improper consumption or storage of the product.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.

The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Settlement of disputes

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@haku.ee or call by phone: 55650227

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.




The restaurant is permanently closed.
